CVs: I have written short form bios and 1 page CVs for over 50 client-facing employees directly from interviews and questionnaires. These can be personalised for each client.

Desktop Publishing: I am an advanced user of the Microsoft Office suite, and can improve your document design, from layout, formatting paragraphs and text, introducing styles guides and colour palettes, and troubleshooting.

Graphic Design: Can drastically improve the flow of information and draw in the reader. Examples include Org Charts, Transition Plans, Complaints Procedures made to look sleek through Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.

Interviewing: The best source of information is often from the SMEs themselves. Rather than dredging through old tenders, my investigative journalism and personable ability to talk to anyone has landed the best tender responses and future content.

Knowledgebase building: I have built HTML content libraries for companies which streamlines the tender process via improved availability of information and search functions. It has dramatically improved tender quality by scrutinising the components of every question  rather than the tender as a whole.

Maps coverage: Nothing demonstrates your capacity better than it visualised. I can create maps of your coverage, with featured information to impress the client.

Proofreading: I’m the kind of editor that will always request changes. Everything can always do with revision from another set of eyes.
